Refund policy
In common with other digital stock artwork vendors and SaaS operators, we do not offer refunds. You are not buying printed maps, and you cannot “return” digital files. Please ensure you understand the nature of digital artwork before purchasing.
VAT
We are a UK-based business, and for UK customers the standard UK VAT rate at 20% is included in all listed prices. The VAT element is shown at checkout and on your invoice after purchase. If you are a VAT registered business in the UK then you will be able to reclaim the VAT element of the listed price.
International pricing
Business customers outside the UK can regard the price as zero-rated for VAT. Maps are priced in GBP sterling, but our system will accept international currencies at checkout. We use Stripe and PayPal as payment processors, which both make the currency conversion calculation based on the day’s exchange rate with your currency.
Alternative payment pricing
We can cater for organisations that require pro-forma invoicing, BACS or direct debit arrangements. However, there will be extra administration fees to set up alternative payment methods.
