Maproom base map products are delivered as digital downloads. Within moments after payment your browser should take you to an order completion page containing a link to your download.
You should also be sent two emails within a few minutes of payment. One email will be a receipt from PayPal or Stripe to confirm payment success. The other email will be from Maproom containing the download link.
There may be a delay of several minutes between the two emails.
If for any reason you do not receive the Maproom download link or you have difficulty downloading, please email [email protected] and we will work out an alternative method of delivery ASAP.
